Welcome to my African Adventure

This October (2010) I was in South Africa participating in a unique and challenging motorcycle adventure with Enduro Africa (www.enduroafrica.com) in aid of 4 amazing causes - UNICEF, Sentebale - The Princes' Fund for Lesotho, the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund and Touch Africa.

By joining this extraordinary event each participant donated a minimum of £1,500 (from their overall sponsorship target of £4995) direct to the charities Enduro Africa supports. That makes a huge difference to the lives of people that desperately need help and so far, Enduro Africa has donated over £1,300,000 in just four years.

The challenge involved riding a dirt bike 1500km almost entirely off road, through some of South Africa's most rugged and isolated terrain - the famous Wild Coast. It was without doubt the toughest challenge I have undertaken but the sense of achievement will stay with me forever...

THANKS TO THE GENEROSITY OF FRIENDS AND BUSINESS COLLEAGUES I RAISED OVER £8000 IN SPONSORSHIP AND MY CHARITABLE DONATION WAS IN EXCESS OF £4500!

Once again - a huge thanks to you all.

Tony PeekYou probably don't know this

In 2006 the 113 participants raised a staggering £241,430.93...

In 2007 that donation went up to £322,580.00...

In 2008 Prince's William and Harry took part in Enduro Africa.

Each participant will actually work on a project for the Touch Africa Charity by building a playground, painting a school etc;
